"You're Donald Trump"

A co-worker was telling us about something his kindergarten aged kid said a few days back;

Co-Worker: You have to eat your dinner before you have pudding.

Co-workers Son: No!

CW: Then you can go to your room and think about that.

CWS scowls, heads to his room, stops and looks at CW.

CWS: You're Donald Trump!

When I was a kid we would play "cowboys and indians" or play at "war" "super heros".  There was always a prevailing theme though. It was "good guys versus bad guys". Here in New Zealand kindergarten caters to children from 3-5 years old.

CW's digging into the comment from his kid revealed that "Donald Trump" was a "bad guy" in these games. Is it parents telling kids this? Or is it that, as I suspect, kids are just picking up on what the adults are talking about?
