Just spent a few days with a new client at the University of Queensland getting to know the project and how they do things. They appear to do everything right. Everything. I've hardly started on the project and I'm already wondering how to get the contract extended.
So... I'm on the way home today. Brisbane to Sydney to New Zealand. Booked in online. I even used the chat app to verify if I should be going to Domestic or International given the ticket is for a single booking. I'm glad I get to the airport really early for international flights. The "Qantas Agent" at the other end of the web chat on their site sent me to the wrong terminal...
Made it to the domestic terminal on time though.
